First of all, bacteria is the enemy for smelly shoes. If possible, you need to own two or three pairs of shoes that can by cycled throughout the week. Let your shoes dry out for at least a day.

Finally, don't spray your shoes with sprays. This will exposre your feet to thiese ingredients for the whole day. Try talcum powder prior to putting on your shoes.
I have found that some shoes just plain stink, and this is true of leather that has been poorly treated. If you find a pair of shoes that are produce bad smells all the time, trade them in for another pair.
